Returns and Refunds

ScrimpyArts takes care in packaging all orders for shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact ScrimpyArts within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

If damage occurs during shipping, ScrimpyArts will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the claim.

Because postcards are printed products, returns and refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Minor color variations between printed products and what is displayed on your screen

Every effort is made to accurately represent colors and images on this website. Actual printed colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and device settings.
