Total lunar eclipse showing a red “blood moon” glowing against a dark night sky with faint stars and thin clouds.

Wait for it

As planned, the alarm went off early. The local sky didn’t promise much, so an hour drive began the adventure.

When we arrived at the predetermined spot, clouds moved in and out, and for a while it felt like the show might not happen at all.

And then it did.

A quiet red glow, suspended in the dark, reminding me that some things don’t rush for our convenience. You wait. You watch. You stay.

Not every image needs to be printable. Not every effort needs to be grand.

Sometimes the lesson is simply this:
If it matters to you, get up and go.
